If I could give zero stars I would. This shop is not to be trusted. They charged my mother for 3 days storage even though her vehicle was on their lot for 46 hours. They charged her top rate for cleanup and tow when she was only involved in a minor accident. They would not let her retrieve her belongings in her car until she did "paperwork" with them and paid her bill. They would not take...

These people are a RIP-OFF!!! They towed our car and the driver, who is their employee, told us it would be $150 to get the car back, when we got there, the price changed to $230-$150 for towing, $55 for storage and $25 admin fee. The car was there for a little over an hour. I told the owner what the driver (who drives for them) told us $150 to get the car. He said the driver doesn't know the prices. I asked him since the car was only there for a little over an hour, would he pro-rate the storage fee instead of charging us the day rate. He told me no and that he has bills to pay and...

These people are not very nice and they are a rip-off!!!! Our car was towed there and the driver, employed by them, told us it would cost $150.00 to get the car out of tow. When we got there the price went up to $230.00-$150.00 for the tow, $55.00 for storage and $25.00 administrative fee.
