Racist employees, customer service is based on skin color

Employee Natera and her coworkers are always rude and unwelcoming to me, they make me feel very unwanted and uncomfortable whenever i go for haircut.
I am Indian and i strongly feel they treat me this way because they are racist. They treat fellow caucasians in a friendly manner.
