They always listen to how you want your hair cut. and if for some reason you don't like it they will fix it for you. I have been getting my hair cut there for months now and find the staff to be very talented. I feel so comfortbale asking them my hair related questions. They even give me advice on how to color my hair at home instead of pushing services on me. Great people+great hair= happy me!
