Help us make it rightI went into Supercuts for a ""quick"" trim of my hair and bangs. I specifically requested NO layers, but the lady insisted upon them. She hacked my hair up like a maniac and it looks horrible. The top half of my head is cut short in two different lengths and the rest is long. Calls to Regis corporate office produced no results and the company refused to take responsibility for ruining my hair. Also, I paid for a shampoo and she loaded my hair down in SO MUCH product that I had to come home and wash it three times again to get the stuff out. I am very unhappy with these inexperienced people...
