Horrendous customer service. Employees are unfriendly, and bordering on rude to customers and other employees. Can buy gift and decorative items made on China at about a million other places.

Buyer beware of their very restrictive return policy and poor customer service. I bought a Christmas present for my wife and they would not let her return it. It would seem that after only 7 days you are restricted to a merchandise credit only. I would like to support local establishments, but that concern does not seem to be reciprocated. I will not make that mistake again and will shop...
