I have a stylist who had a huge accent which I could not understand. It was hard to explain what I wanted and it was bad. So try a different store.

I went to this supercuts about every 2 weeks for many years . It's about 1 mile from my home. My favorite hair dresser is a sweet vietnamese lady named van, she was very professional & cut my hair just right. It was always a pleasure to get a shampoo & scalp massage from her. Excellent service, excellent cut. I finally found my "go to" Hair Dresser....Kellie was absolutely wonderful. My hair was a long mop, and she gave me my fav cut- layered. It turned out perfect. I am very pleased to say that ALL of the stylist are great here. My fav stylist that my family go to are roger or barb but the others are good also. There seems to be a language barrier with a vietnamese woman there but she cut my sons hair and it looked great. I strongly suggest using their call ahead service so that the wait isnt as long. The atmosphere was clean and presentable but the customer service left much to desire. my hair stylist lacked personability.
