Lacking customer service..when Pete was there you always were greeted with hello and made you feel like you were wanted there, now it' s a madhouse, disorganized, unfriendly, have to wait forever to get your prescription, drive up window is a joke...they need to get back to their roots and the way Pete use to have it.
