The store is beautiful with gorgeous displays of jewelry. The customer service is unheard of and not only am I now a lifelong fan and customer, I will also be referring everyone I know! Keep up the good work guys!!

This is a great shop! I am a loyal and happy customer and the family friendly and easy to shop store is awesome! How cool to see a young couple - with the kid and dog working on stuff too - we walk by JUST to say hi and see new stuff. Great prices, TONS of stuff and no joke - they will order it if u need it. Thanks guys for making the mom and pop shop a whole nother meaning! Shop local is right!!

My first purchase at Super Silver at Broadway Walnut Creek was a good one...they had just opened and were optimistic about business. I bought a ring and some hoop earrings, spent about $100. I was a little worried about the closures on the hoops and wondered if they would be secure, but was assured they would be no problem. Well, they kept coming undone and sure enough, I lost one of them...
