Been taking super shuttle for years, but this group apparently drops people at their homes in the suburbs, so I was over half hour late for my meeting. If you want to get to your hotel, take a cab...

Terrible service from the airport. They go to the whole Pittsburgh area and if other customers live 10 or 20 miles from the city the shuttle goes there before bringing you to your destination. Adds…
