Received a timely estimate of the requested jobs. The handyman Gary (the term hardly does him justice - he is a Renaissance man, who can do anything) was always on time, was meticulous, and most importantly, did a terrific job. He stacked my washer/dryer and and enclosed it with a louvered closet with shelves in a tight area next to my apartment bathroom; he fixed my microwave oven that was...

Did a very professional window air conditioner installation in a third floor casement window but took more than twice as long as estimated. They discounted their hourly rate to compensate for the extra time but still cost more than expected. Need to be sure both parties understand the full extent of the job so there are no surprises.
