The hotel is a "nice" hotel. Nothing fancy, refurbished hotel. Does the job. Good front desk people, comfortable room. That said, the families that stayed in the hotel who DON'T teach their kids proper hotel etiquette... and don't exercise it themselves, made this stay unbearable. Screaming laughing kids down the halls at midnight? With parents yelling down the halls? Parties above me and next...
