N/A\n\nIt was awful. We got in after midnight after driving all day. First we were told our card had been declined even tough I had paid weeks in advance online. We tried 2 rooms, and both had not yet been cleaned. We ended up leaving. No refund was given to us
The location is great, close to town.\n\nThe hotel overall was kind of dirty. Our room wasn't cleaned as promised,and the staff seemed rather indifferent that we were there, not really greeting us during check in or at all after. Not the best choice of hotel; but not the absolute worst.

Close to East State Street\n\nHotel staff was unprofessional. Per report made to Booking agent, the room was not clean:coffee cups were dirty, hole in wall, no housekeeping service, stains and hair on linens, at bkfst - no coffee, no milk, no waffle batter, etc.
