Hotel was clean. Beds were fine and linens okay. Bathroom was clean. Desk chair arm worn and needs to be replaced. Room had a refrigerator. We did not need their breakfast & glad we did not. Problem happened when we checked in. We reserved directly with their website a non smoking king bed room. We checked in at 10 pm...

I loved the room the exat space i needed i love it i wish i could live here the bed is so cofterbal.The worker at the front desk adashia she helped with so mush you should give her a promotion she is so great and helpful i like that and she makes sure we are satisfied.

My TV didn't work; they didn't have a spare or anyone to fix it. No shampoo or conditioner at all - just one little bar of soap in the bathroom. They did give my a discounted room rate due to the lack of a working TV - which shows they seem to care about customers.

Looked like the pictures! They were very nice at the front desk! Lights were off when we walked in our room (great sign)! I checked all cracks and crevices (anxiety) and I didn't find anything I didn't want too. Had a great two night stay! And they do respect the do not disturb sign! Very happy with our stay!
