We enjoyed our stay. We had the family suite which slept 6. The kids loved the water park, I loved the hot tub. The room was nice. I loved the selection in the bathroom of toiletries. The breakfast was wonderful. Check in and checkout were fast, friendly, and easy

1). The floor had multiple large (1-1/2' x 3') stains in the carpet. If it won't come clean, replace it. 2). The noise on the inside rooms is significant. On a Wednesday night after ( 2 - 3 am) the pool is supposed to be closed, the noise will keep you up. 3). Expectations are everything. The problems started at the booking of this hotel without our knowledge. You can book with or without breakfast, we booked with the expectations of having breakfast, not a $20.00 voucher. The prices at the restaurant are over priced.
