The only complaint was that the hotel pool was not set up and we had our 15 year old son with us!!! It woul have been nice to come back to the hotel after spending the day sightseeing to come back and be able to jump into the pool to cool of and relax!!!

As all ways staff is great, friendly and polite very helpful. My daughter room caused them to itch and have a reaction. Limited tv service. I had a connecting room with a desk on the access door yet the table to eat on was missing. Rooms needed updating and a more through cleaning including providing update sheets a bed covers and blankets. The rooms appeared to be taken over by boaters...

There was an older woman at the front desk that went out of her way to upgrade my room and help me...I really appreciate her help...It's nice to have someone go out of their way to help, when you're from out of town and don't know what you're donig...The rooms were nice and the appearance of the hotel was nice...
