I haven't been here in a long time but the upgrades they have made are outstanding! They have separated the bar up front from the music in the back with an additional bar and restrooms! The alcohol variety is very good! There is a cute...

I love to order a pizza, pick up at Sunset Tavern, enjoy a pint or two all for under $30. The pizza crust and sauce is amazing and they pile on the toppings generously. I think it is time for The Charles.

Fun place to see a show (w/ earplugs). I haven't tried the pizza here yet, but it's a solid place to see a show. A Seattle icon, it's been around forever. Very small, intimate, and divey and the place to go to see local rock/folk/hip-hop bands... but it also gets very loud in there. Normally not an issue for me at other joints, but if I forget earplugs, I'm often regretting it later.

Live Music: This small divey-hipster music venue slash Flying Squirrel Pizza joint is a favorite among locals for the comfortable atmosphere, ample seating, decently priced covers, and quality of shows by up-and-coming but still obscure rock bands. Sunset Tavern is a very exciting place to be in. This bar and nightclub always has something or the other going on every week. For instance, they have an audio album launch or the 'Drums and Tuba' rock band performing or the Thee Emergency Concert week after week. Theres live foot tapping music; moreover, you might also stand a chance to learn a perform a karaoke with a band performing live....
