I like these apartments. However, the rent has increased substantially with the new management. A tiny one bedroom apartment in this area is not worth the price, especially considering the lack of amenities and older appliances. It is very apparent that I'm not alone in feeling this way, as numerous tenants have not renewed their leases and the number of vacant apartments seems to have...

The apartment is ok, and the staff is nice very, helpful, i really like the area close to Cowboys stadium and the Ballpark
