Room was like a prison cell!

Me and my gf went here, looking for a cheap place to get a few hours sleep. WOW! I knew it wasn't going to be the Hilton, but I think I would have gotten a better place at the homeless shelter. The room reminded me of a prison cell, with the concrete walls. There was a hole under the sink that lead to the outside, and I am talking a 2 foot wide hole. The shower was BLACK! we stayed at sunset inn and enjoyed our stay there the managers were very helpful and nice.true it is an old motel but it is american owned and they treat you like family there and respond very quickly to any complaints and resolve them as well .i would stay there again

Not a pleasent room at any price

I normally like inexpensive nonchain hotels and understand I am not staying at the Marriott. But this one was a dump, there were holes in the walls, the shower was in the bedroom with no wall seperating it from the rest of the room, smelled like a ash can even though we asked for a non smoking room. Room was tiny with light bulbs missing from the light sockets, fire alarm missing, neighbors...
