The time share unit was totally unacceptable. Dingy and dirty. The carpet was dirtier than the one I have in the bed of my truck. It looked so bad that we did not even look at the rest of the unit. Bed Bugs!! Filthy! Rude Manager

Bed bugs! Resort has bed bugs. When we reported them the manager Audrey put us out. Blamed us for bringing the bedbugs and gave us an hour to leave. Upon further investigation we found a YouTube video from June 2015 in the same room we were in with an infestation. Therefore this manger knew about previous incidents yet still acted...

I know there is a lot of timeshare owners out there that BJ sold the same song and dance to. Just looking for information if any one has filed a law suit against Sunset Harbor. Now that Sunset Harbor is with drawing from RCI, you have to use your week there or joint there club. This lovely resort is located in Montgomery. The reception does not work around the clock. Those who dislike animals may enjoy their stay, as this establishment does not allow pets. The accommodation provides health and wellness services.
