You said they told you they will not pay for repairs, right?  In other words you bought this car "AS IS".  Did you READ the disclosure statement which tells you if the purchase includes a warranty?  That disclosure statement tells you if the warranty is included or its an "AS IS" purchase.  If you bought it AS IS, you are not ENTITLED to free warranty service.
