I had a very bad experience there i took my miniature poodle to get a full service groom and there were a couple things wrong.
1. i was kind of skeptical about leaving him when i got there because they did not ask for a copy of his shot records
2. while i was telling her what kind of hair cut i wanted fr my dog she was not really paying attention, she was cutting some there dogs hair.

I have been bringing my 2 dogs here for over 3 yrs and never had a problem. The last haircut my dog got was a bad haircut and I asked for a discount the next time I go. I was there last week asked for the disc and they wouldnt honor it!! i made numerous calls and they kept hanging up on me. They were a pleasant surprise in this "dog eat Dog" world. They took care of our Princess like she truly was a Princess. I will continue to go back.

I have taken my pets for quite sometime and they are so kind to them. Provide excellent care and know my dogs by name. They treat them as if they were their own. And they never make me wait. That's a plus for me!
