Our family recently gathered in Burns/Hines for a birthday/reunion. We needed a room with a full kitchen so we could prepare meals for approximately 30 people, plus enough living area for all of us to gather inside & out. I've stayed at the Sundowner Motel several times over the past three years since they've opened. It has always been a pleasant experience and one of the best values I know of when you compare cleanliness and comfort for the cost. ($39 total for 1 person - $44 for two). I would certainly recommend that you give them a try and see for yourself.
