AMAZING SERVICE!!! Very Professional and Prompt! The carpet cleaner was clean cut and very professional to deal with. They called in advance to confirm appointment and showed up at the scheduled time. While they were at the home went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the service received. Even called the next day to confirm that we were happy with the service. Would recommend to friends and family any day.

I was in desperate need of a carpet cleaning, I have 3 kids and for those parents out there I am sure you are aware of the damage they can cause. I needed something fast...but affordable, Heaven's Best provided the best quote by far, I fully expected the quality to match the price...but heck that what I could afford. You could not imagine my surprise, it was astonishing, my carpet looked nearly new, as if I had just purchased it, all the fibers stood on end, and it really did dry in an hour. I was accustomed to having to fight to keep my kids off it all day long; I will never change...

This company is not reliable and does not follow through with their service. We had scheduled our carpet and rugs to be cleaned with a two-week advance notice. Heaven's Best will not give you a specific time for the appt. only a 2-hour window. Not only did they not show up during their 2-hour window but they did not call to let us know until later that day. They gave an excuse of having equipment problems and rescheduled the cleaning for the following day... an appt. which they also did not honor. We wasted two days waiting to have our carpet cleaned to no avail; a simple advance phone...
