terrible business practices, I brought in 2 press only dresses, to be steamed only. One comes back fine, the other has a bad stain on the front of it, and they say they didn't do it!!! DISAPPOINTED TO SAY THE LEAST!!! Staff at this location are friendly and they did a great job cleaning my clothing. THE PROBLEM - Management is obviously out of touch. I just moved to LWR, so I needed to find a new drycleaner. I found their ad in the Lakewood Ranch Premier Pages offering a $25 coupon for new customers.
