My wife and I had a very good experience with Summit in finding the home we now live in. They were very responsive (always keeping us up to date on the new homes that were out there) and were interested in what we were looking for. We never felt pressured at all into purchasing any particular home. We really thought they were great.

Summit Realty is the worst business I have ever dealt with. The agents don't do anything, and the broker is a complete liar. No one would return my calls or inform me of what was going on. Someone called in and was interested in my home, and rather than showing it to them, the broker just GAVE THEM A KEY and said to let themselves in! She had never even met this person before! Then, when I asked her about it, she lied, and then got mad and said, ""Ok, well do you want your house to sell or not?!"" Like I had done something wrong! Please, do not do business with these people!
