While our waiter had extensive knowledge of the sake menu and lectured us on the flavors of each of our sampler selection, the food and service were otherwise perplexing and underwhelming. We arrived for an 8:15 reservation and were seated immediately. Service took a long time to get to us and the sake routine went for about half an hour....

Exceptional eatery in South Bay. Subtle flavours marked the well-prepared food at this exceptional restaurant in south bay. We ordered 12 dishes, including dessert, among the four of us and two of our favourites are the grilled lamb chops and crab and miso cheese gratin. The lamb was done to perfection.
