Went to Sugo on Valentine's night with my boyfriend. We had a nice dinner. Met the owner Matt; found out he was into the greatful dead which scored bonus points with my boyfriend. The food was good, nice atmosphere. We will definitely go back again.

Love this place and would say one of the best in Long Beach! Menu different and they have great specials . Service always good even though the place is tight. Alan is hands on at all times. Recommend highly

Sugo is our favorite restaurant in Long Beach. The menu is always diverse and interesting. The cost is reasonable and the staff is friendly, informative and professional. Keep it up Sugo!

We expected an Italian restaurant with a twist but they failed to live up to their (website's) description. The appetizers seemed ordinary and the linguini with clam sauce was just okay. We were promised the roasted eggplant Parmesan with ziti but instead it was served with linguini, too. Only the NY Strip steak was cooked to order with a very...
