That one star is not even a star this place blows. They are liars and thiefs. I warn you do your homework before you use them. Had my car fixed after a car wreck at Sudden Impact Collision. The car looked great but I had a fairly poor customer service experience. When taking my car in everyone was super friendly, but I had to call back several times to find out if my car was ready after getting calls from the adjuster. I've had my car fixed by Sudden Impact after a car accident. They took really good care of my vehicle and fixed it to a T! I was impressed with how quick and efficient they were. They drove me to a car rental place and made sure I was taken care of. They also kept me updated on the process. Thanks Sudden Impact!
