There's something about the way they freeze the icecream at Subzero that makes it absolutely scrumptious. Contrary to the other reviewer's opinion, I actually like it when the icecream is on the hard side. They let you choose what flavor of icecream you want, how fatty you want the icecream (whole milk, frozen yogurt, 2% milk, etc), and what flavors to mix in.
