We stopped at the Subway in the Camelot Shopping Center to grab lunch while shopping. Big mistake. Upon entering we went to the counter and was the only people waiting to be served. The guy asked what type of bread we wanted and it seemed as though everything was a rush. He was trying to make both sandwiches at the...

I walked in around 0930 and Rafat greeted me promptly. He made my two Cold Cut Trio sandwiches quickly and injected a little bit of humor into the transaction. He was a genuinely nice guy and the interaction was a nice start to the day.
