Every employee from the owner to the high school student is friendly and helpful.
Bread is freshly baked. The cookies often aren't sold quickly enough, though, so
you might want to ask when they were baked that day.

Most Subways are the same--this one excels because the service is warm, friendly, and helpful. The food of course is pretty much the same as any other Subway.
