Just went yesterday. Line seemed long but I was in line for less than 5 minutes. Every staff member I interacted with was cheerful and even joked around with me a bit. And the sandwich was done...

Went with my buddy. Overall it was very clean. Pretty sanitary, unlike some Subways I've been to. I honestly only came to get a cookie, so I can't comment on the sandwiches, but the cookie was good!
