Walked in on my lunch break and neither of the two gentlemen working greeted me. They looked like they hated their jobs. I felt like a burden. I was about to walk out since it took them 3 minutes...

Nothing quite like being forced to wait for 10 minutes just to be served. The worst part had to be that there were ample staff running around but no one bothered to say "it will be a short wait"...
