The problem with this transaction was FedEx store employee charged the account additional amount for shipping even though I had brought shipping label printed. The packaging always used be charged less than $20 but this time it was $30. Macie was amazing! She was very patient with my multiple order service. She was very friendly and pleasant as well. I was printing stuff for my church and she even asked me for a tax exempt service for the church order. I however declined the offer but she was very helpful.

I had this shipping label with me and had the item packed. The store employee gave a plastic envelope and asked me to put the label in it and stick to the box. The only thing missing on the package was to put a tape at edges, but I was only directed to the tape and they wanted me to put the tape myself on the box. I receive a mail from fedex with a link to print shipping label and information...

Store associates were super nice. Summer was absolutely the best. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
