Delicious!. Attention, ice cream trucks have lied to us for years and have conditioned children all over the U.S. to believe "Italian Ice" is a hard scoop of ice that one must gnaw their way through to reach the pool of syrup at the bottom of a paper cone. No...No...NO! No chewing necessary! Rita's ice is smooth like a slurpy/soft serve ice cream.
