Good sandwich place

Subway in Benbrook is a little of the normal path, but the sandwiches are very good. I like the fact that they almost always have some special going on that allows me to try different sandwiches. The staff is normally polite, but they turnover a large amount due to hiring high schoolers.

This location was closed a few months ago when the highway construction diverted traffic away from it. The nearest is on Camp Bowie, a few minutes north. It is an excellent location and wide selection of products.

Apparently the ongoing roadwork destroyed their business. There was no advanced notice, just open one time I went by and closed the next time I went by.

This is the place to go if you need to pick up a few groceries or want ice cream or a burger. Locals like Braum's as well as traveler. The location is a great stop for the traveler.
