Owner Jeffery Coleman is an entrepreneur who says he's been satisfying customers for 15 years. He and his wife, Ruth, also own a Bruster's Ice Cream franchise, so they are keeping busy in the local food marketplace. "We enjoy serving the community in the Cascade corridor," Coleman says. Breakfast is now served at this location, in addition to the sandwich chain's usual line-up of healthy subs.
