I drive 50 minutes to come here because the staff is efficient and friendly. I never need an appointment even. I'll keep coming back!! I love the report my car gets for my records and how everything is explained to me:)
it does not matter whenever I come in, the courtesy of all the staff at Subaru of Kennesaw has been outstanding--they were again today. The service advisors are never afraid of questions that I might ask them. They always find an answer or give me directons where I can best find help. Outstanding!!!
Been going there since I purchased my Outback in 2010. They have always gone the extra mile for me.
They had warned me that the first service for my new Subaru might take up to 90 minutes, but when I got there I told them I was in a hurry to get to work. I was resigned to spending at least an hour in the waiting room, but they were finished in 45 minutes. Quite efficient! I was very pleased.
