I've been back a few times since my initial review. They have had a change in staff and I've found that the current staff is much more patient and does a much better job than when I wrote my original review.You may have to wait at certain dates and times, but that's ok. As long as they take their time to do a complete hair removal for the places requested.

Bought "membership" last feb. was careful to understand the benefits and was told repeatedly to come in my birth month to receive free service. So I did that yesterday. Oh no!! went in open minded about this place since I'm a new customer and ended up with an inexperienced threader ... not happy with end result ... place was empty on a weekend .... feel like I understand why now. still hunting since I'm back in Mansfield.

I've have yet to have a bad experience. They keep my brows thick with a beautiful arch and wait time is 0.
