I received a $50 gift certificate and decided to use it for the $50 mini Keratin treatment. I brought cash to tip the stylist which she received previous to the completion of the treatment. The treatment required that I have my hair washed with a clarifying shampoo and had to be straightened to complete. The treatment took two hours when it should have taken 1-hour but I'll let that slide...
