would not listen, much less answer any questions about my account, then he hung up on me while i was asking a simple question! would not pick up the phone when i tried to call back and they don't seem to have voice mail. i can't find any email address on their website to reach anyone in charge.
my stuff is going up for auction tomorrow morning and i can't get a couple of simple question answered in order to prevent this from happening. i've been trying to reach the manager for the past week, with no success. now all of my childhood mementos are going to be sold and probably thrown away, as they won't mean anything to anyone but me.
i'm totally defeated. i don't think i've ever had a business make me cry until now. good job studio self storage.

The truck availability is very low. It's located in a not so great part of town, and the office looks like they're perpetually closing shop. Very unpleasant place with a poor quality of service.
If I can give them a 0 I would. We rented a truck 2 weeks prior to our move date. Got a message the day before saying that our truck is not available sorry. As if that's not bad enough I then got a charge on my credit card a few days later. I called and the guy gave me an 800 # to call. ARE YOU FKING KIDDING ME? YOU CANCELLED MY TRUCK THEN CHARGED ME?????????? STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
