My facial experience with Katie was awesome. However the desk staff is rude and seems annoyed when helping you which I think is their job.

The stylist had a toddler she was entertaining while cutting my hair. She was distracted, and honestly I get that sometimes things happen, but I don't go to a salon to listen to Thomas the Train and deal with toddlers. This was my first visit based on a gift card I received.
