I was a bit nervous about what to expect, because the image I had of a Pilates studio involved super-toned people and exercise my large body would be unable to do. Studio Lotus, however, is warm, friendly, and inviting. My instructor really took the time to get to know me, listen, and respond to my specific situation with a program that is challenging, but not impossible.

My Redcord/Pilates session was great! My instructor was helpful and answered all of my questions. She put me through a safe and thorough workout. The next day, I felt pleasantly sore in all of the areas I was targeting. I am already noticing a difference in my ability to activate my core muscles and glutes (my 2 trouble areas) on delicate rock climbs where balance and body tension are key. I...
