I was a nervous wreck because I thought I lost my final paper. The tech, D, was able to retrieve my paper and break down why my laptop basically crashed on me. I loved the fact that he was talking techie to me and was actually able to break it down to me in terms that I understood. I brought my laptop in for the following.
- Microsoft Office.

In addition, I purchased a wireless Canon 4 in 1 printer and a wireless router. Structure PC Systems set everything up so that when I got home a I had to do was plug it in.
