Was referred to Strictly Custom to repair some furniture damaged in a burglary. Javier sounded like a nice guy on the phone. But he totally flaked on me. Never called back when he said he would. Never showed up for the scheduled appointment. No call. No explanation. No nothing. Just blew me off. Very disappointed.
