Easy to locate, on the Mercer Street, thanks to its retro light-up signboard, the place wastes no time in opulent decor and splendor of any kind. Stick to the basics when you come here, since everything here will drive you back, back to the basics. The menu is full of the usual beers and wines and spirits, there's free peanuts...

This is a great dive bar. I came in on Christmas eve and they offer $3 wells before 7pm. I ordered two vodka tonics and then a whiskey sour after happy hour ended. The drinks were pretty strong....
