Nothing bad to say about this place really, it's pretty well kept, security of everything seems sufficient. The fellas that work the front desk are always friendly, that isn't something that's real common these days so I appreciate that. One of the guys in front has a Jeep Wrangler, i'm a Wrangler guy too so cheers!I like this place, ill stick with it until I don't need a storage anymore.

Reserved online "drive-up unit" I load my car drive 30 minutes south expecting "drive up unit". Rep agrees the unit is not a drive up unit at all and they need to change the wording on the website. False advertising. Very unhappy.

Excellent customer service. When i arrived it was raining and the lady helped me quickly so my things wouldn't get soaked. I only needed a month and at the end of my rental agreement, I removed my things. I received a phone call from Lisa a week after leaving my unit saying I owed for the month. …

This storage is horrible. It has termites, and customer service they provide makes my list of "never would deal with again". I would not be surprised if the manager of this place passed grade school.
