I really wanted to de-clutter my home because i had family coming for the holidays and i wanted it to look nice and be crisp and clean. I originally put all of my things in my garage and then realized I would have to put my car in there so my family could park in the driveway. So then I was out of options. I was afraid getting a storage locker would cost a lot of money and I would have to be on a complicated contract. Then what would happen if my things are stolen? Dead rat RUINED my Upholstery

Beware.... Rented a unit for a mere 3 months. Went to go pick up our items this weekend, and low and behold a rat had died in our unit. Now - even though we were told by the clerk that they have NEVER had a burglary, or an infestation - they declined any responsibility. I was referred over to thier operations manager - Bryan Wofford - who basically told me that they are not liable for this what so ever. My upholstery in my unit is now ruined - and if they are not responsible for keeping rats, insects etc. out - WHO IS?? What did I pay this ridiculous rental fee for?? I would steer well...
