They do not hon or the reservations

Realizing that the space I reserved online was not even close to what I was being shown, I then asked, "This seems like a bait and switch and asked her if this is a bait and switch"? No answer. I was so taken back by the sheer lack of customer service or follow through on the reservation details we soon left the property. If you are going to choose this facility, I would highly recommend...

I hate to move. With that being said this compnay is great! They have a wonderful manager Randy and the staff is out of this world. The prices beat all of the other rental people that I have used in the past. Their trucks are nice and clean and they will give you pads for your stuff and a hand truck for your loarger items.
