Slow, rude, dishonest. NEVER AGAIN! They never answer the phone.They have an entire hotel full of drivers that are extremely unhappy!

Amazing there seems to be a pattern here. Poor customer service. Service desk people are terrible they act like they are doing you a favor. Told me two to three hours to change a data link cable ten hours later $1000 + bill I was told your truck want start. Went to get it three different days has to be started off the starter now. Just horrible place next truck I buy won't be a freightliner

I have bought two new Volvo trucks. Stoops freightliner is very good tool to boost sales at other dealers. They do poor work in shop and will not stand behind what they do. Run run very fast away from these bad people.

Aaron (2nd shift service writer) refused to honor my warranty on a new glider with 30,107 miles. Furthermore he attempted to charge me $435 to change the A/C belt and claimed it required 2.5 hrs labor. This is after waiting 5 hrs and all that was done was a lube. Which I was charged $125 for despite all I requested was basic grease job. He even attempted to charge me extra for the grease. I am...
